Richard Zahn is a native of Oklahoma. He graduated from Yale University. Upon graduation he entered the Naval Officer Candidate School and served 4 years as an officer in the Navy. He then continued his education and received a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University.

Richard began his business career in Chicago and returned to Oklahoma City with his family in 1974 as an officer of Citizens National Bank and a member of the Board of Directors of the CR Anthony Company which was owned by his family. He has had a diverse business career with a focus for the last 30 years as an advisor to business leaders and organization as a consultant, executive coach and board member.

Richard has served on many civic boards and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Venture Forum and as a member of the Board of Advocates for OU Children’s Hospital Foundation. He is also on the Board of Quail Creek Golf & Country Club as well as an Elder at his church, Westminster Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City.

His work with CHF is focused on development of the Adolescent Medicine Program under the leadership of Dr. Amy Middleman. His daughter, Emily, was a patient at the hospital during her teenage years. That experience has led to a desire to provide support for children and their families who are struggling with health issues connected to growing through the adolescent years.

Richard and his wife Linda have been married for 48 years. They have 3 adult children and 6 healthy grandchildren.
